Angie Gecosky-- Sound Design 

Hello! I am a Sound Design and Media Production graduate from Michigan Technological University, where I’ve worked on multiple podcasting and film projects, leading me to become efficient in Logic Pro, Protools, and Adobe Premiere Pro as well as gaining experience in photography, Lightroom, and Photoshop. I worked as an editor on a Spotify podcast called “Enterprising at Michigan Tech”, as well as a promotional video for Isle Royale, self directed short films, and multiple Sound Design audio replacements.

 

Through these and other projects I’ve learned the importance of adaptability in acquiring new skills and taking on new roles, efficiency in file management and workflow techniques, and constructive criticism and review. I believe that the technical and interpersonal skills I've learned through my experience in sound design, podcasting, and film will translate well to any related job, and I would love to have the chance to work with you to further your goals while advancing in my own skill set as I begin my career outside of college.
